The store at lily-chicago.com is operated by USEEMALL LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 13324887, trading as Lily Chicago. By browsing the site or placing an order you accept the terms set out below. If you do not accept them, please do not use the store.

2. Access and your account

You must be at least the age of majority where you live to buy from us. If you create an account, the login details are yours to protect, and you are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us if you think someone else has got in.

3. Our products

We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colour and finish can look different from one screen to another, and lighting changes how a fabric reads in a photograph. That variation is normal and is not a fault. If an item does not match the description we gave you, your rights under our Returns & Refund Policy apply.

4. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may decline or limit an order — for example where stock has run out, where payment cannot be authorised, where there is an obvious pricing error, where we suspect fraud, or where we cannot lawfully supply. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you are refunded in full without delay.

Purchases are for personal or household use, not for commercial resale or export. Returns and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.

5. Prices and billing

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars (USD) and may change without notice; the price that counts is the one displayed when you place the order and repeated in your confirmation email. Delivery costs and any other charges are shown before you pay. You confirm that the payment and billing details you give us are correct, current, and yours to use. 6. Shipping and delivery

The text, photographs, graphics, logos and layout of this site belong to us or are used under licence. You may look at them and use them for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. If you send us a review, a photograph or any other content, you keep ownership of it and you give us a non-exclusive right to display and use it in connection with the store and its marketing. You confirm that publishing it does not infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is unlawful, misleading or offensive. We do not edit a review so that it misrepresents your opinion, and where a review has been incentivised in any way we say so.

12. Errors and omissions

Occasionally a price, a description or an availability figure on this site is wrong. We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel any order placed on the strength of them, even after the order was submitted, with a full refund.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, which is where USEEMALL LTD is registered, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. This does not take away the protection of any mandatory consumer law that applies where you live.

We may revise this page. The version in force when you placed your order governs that order; later changes are not retroactive. The date at the top shows when we last updated it.
